Because we sell wholesale, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges after 5 days of receiving the goods. Shipping charges will not be credited, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

There is a 4% restocking fee for orders paid with credit cards. Or you can apply the full amount as a credit for a next purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If any item arrives damaged, please contact us within the next 3 days at wholesale@lazahav.com.
